Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Rate My SkillBridge service (the "Service") operated by Rate My Skillbridge ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Description of Service: Rate My SkillBridge provides a platform for companies to advertise or feature their websites based on selected plans. The Service may include, but is not limited to, the display of company information, links, and promotional content according to the chosen subscription plan.
2. Payment and Subscription Plans: Companies are required to select a subscription plan and provide accurate billing information for the Service. The subscription plans and associated fees are outlined on the Rate My SkillBridge website. Payment is due in advance of each subscription period.
3. Refunds: Refunds for subscription fees are not authorized. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. Please review the selected plan and features carefully before making a purchase.
4. Cancellation and Renewal: Companies are responsible for canceling their subscription before the monthly renewal date to avoid fees for the upcoming subscription period. Cancellations can be made through stripe, or by contacting us at support@ratemyskb.com. If a subscription is not canceled before the renewal date, the company will be charged for the next subscription period.
5. Content Guidelines: Companies using the Service must adhere to content guidelines outlined by Rate My SkillBridge. Inappropriate or misleading content may result in the removal of the company's listing without a refund.
6. Changes to Terms: Rate My SkillBridge reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without notice. The most current version of the Terms will be available on the Rate My SkillBridge website.
7. Termination: Rate My SkillBridge reserves the right to terminate or suspend a company's subscription and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
8. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Rate My SkillBridge is registered or, if not applicable, the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Rate My SkillBridge is registered or, if not applicable, the federal or state courts located in the United States, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
